I've been helping people achieve their goals for over 15 years. In that time I have worked with amateur athletes, general population, and cardiac rehab patients.

​My years of experience has allowed me to accumulate a vast amount of knowledge in proper exercise prescription for people of all ages and skill-sets. Although I've had a long career, I continue to study and stay up to date with the latest scientific methods on exercise and nutrition.
