Since early childhood all the way through university Ramtin was always a member of a soccer team. Once he graduated university he began to play less soccer and shifted his focus to weightlifting in order to increase lean muscle mass. Shortly after he took up weightlifting he began studying fitness in order to understand his own body better and to achieve greater results. Fast forward a few years and all the years of soccer started to catch up with him… Back and hip injuries began surfacing and eventually a herniated disk and hip bursitis brought his training to a halt.
After his diagnosis he was told by his doctor and therapist to never play soccer or lift heavy weights again. Not willing to accept that as his reality Ramtin started to look for a solution and came across the Function Range Systems (FRS). He began working with FRS Master Instructor, Hunter Cook to improve his mobility and overcome his injures which eventually enabled him to once again play soccer and return to weightlifting. Working with Hunter not only physically helped Ramtin but it also changed him mentally as he wanted to change careers from engineering to health and fitness. He enrolled in a personal training course and successfully completed it to become a certified personal trainer. He then took the Functional Range Conditioning course and Precision Nutrition course to help round out his skills before taking on clients.
Ramtin’s mission is to help change his clients physical health and overall wellbeing. He does this by transforming his clients mindsets, habits, and lifestyle through a well rounded approach to exercise and nutrition.
