Muscle Mix: Build strength, improve definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle mass. . This class utilizes a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape and strength of your body, we make sure that no muscle gets neglected!
Body Sculpt: This intense resistance based workout utilizes free weights and barbells to increase lean muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance. A large variety of exercises will keep you engaged and coming back for more.
Sculpt Core: This class will get you where it counts - abs, butt, and legs! This non-cardio class targets the abs, back, glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Guaranteed to tighten up your entire lower body!
