Power Pilates: This workout challenges you beyond pilates mat and will guarantee to work you to the core! Using weights, pilates balls, elastics and your own body weight this class will definitely feel challenging. Your whole body- glutes, legs, core and arms are all targeted in this class. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
