Class Descriptions

Barre: This ballet-based class uses elastic tubes, stability balls and small dumb-bells to take you through an energizing series of exercise based on ballet, pilates and dance. Muscle conditioning, cardio, core and deep stretch are the key components with an emphasis on posture, breathing and alignment.

Hot Yoga: Traditional yoga postures and flows performed in a heated room to encourage maximal sweat production.  You will feel revitalized after this total body detoxifier.  Yoga sequences incorporate deep breathing and deep stretch for the ultimate pure hot yoga experience. 

Power Yoga Workout:  This is a vigorous, sporty, athletic based vinyasa flow class that focuses on strength (weights), core, balance and flexibility- perfect for athletes and those who want a great workout and those who might feel “too tight” to do yoga.  You won’t be intimidated in this yoga class! You will be sure to sweat get a great workout and also feel nicely stretched out from this challenging workout. Guaranteed SWEAT!

Pure Bootcamp:  Battle ropes, rowers, kettle-bells, sand bags, skipping ropes, burpees, AMRAP (as many reps as possible), EMC (every minute counts), lifting, pushing and pressing in a circuit format! This workout will challenge every part of your body from every aspect- cardio, strength, agility and core…you will be crawling back for MORE!

Pure Power HIIT:  Hi Intensity Interval Training to the MAX! Intervals of high power this workout is the most efficient metabolic boosting workout on the planet.  Recovery is built in to the routine within the order of exercises...you won’t be stopping!  Hi intensity cardio, plyometrics, strength and core repeat.  The purest “sweat dense and calorie burning” total body workout you can find! 

Pure Strength: A pure total body strength-training workout with an emphasis on muscle balance, load, form and technique.  Your instructor will give you feedback and make sure your execution is correct.  Increasing lean body mass over time is the long-term goal.  A new workout every week will keep your muscles stimulated with no worry about plateauing!   

Pure Spin: Stages bikes and our specially trained instructors take you on a journey where you can push yourself harder, faster and farther than ever before. Intervals, hills and drills designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance, strength and power.  Put it all together it is the complete flight experience!- The right music, the best bikes, the well planned ride and direct power measurement so you can effectively track how you are doing and monitor your progress over time. 

Vinyasa Yoga:  A traditional yoga practice that generates heat through a vigorous flowing series of yoga postures coordinated with enhanced breathing to develop strength and flexibility.

Yin Yoga: Yin provides deep, introspective and quiet practice.  A calming and meditative yoga practice will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout that is fun and easy to do. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that both tone and sculpt the body.
